TERMS OF SERVICE
I. General Terms
Write in a clear and concise manner, if I am unable to understand you I will not respond.
Visual references for characters are preferred, but describing designs through text is allowed. However I reserve the right artistic freedom if this is the case.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and runs the chance of your commission being cancelled with a possibility of no refund.
II. Payment
If requested, commissioner can secure a commission slot for the future using a down payment.
In the cases of commissions that cost more than 200 USD the option installment payments can be discussed, however your commission will not be completed until the amount is paid in full.
I accept several different forms of payment: Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp are all an option though Paypal is preferred.
III. Process
Photos of a completed sketch will be sent to the commissioner for approval, any other updates will have to be requested.
At times I will need clarification about an aspect of your commission. I will then contact you and send pictures to better explain, however I try to get all questions I have answered during our first correspondence.
I tend to work without deadlines as I am a full-time university student and that is my main focus as of this moment, but the turn-around time for a normal commission will be around 2-4 weeks.
Deadlines can be set by the commissioner. However it will incur extra payment that works on a sliding scale based on urgency.
IV. Copyright Usage Policy
I, the artist, claim all rights over the artwork and any usage of the pieces without credit will result in a permanent blacklist.
The rights of the artwork to be used publicly can be purchased by the commissioner, this option can be discussed with me.
The commissioner must request that a piece not be posted in order to ensure that I do not post it.
It is prohibited to mint my artwork as NFT or use it with any purpose associated with crypto-currency/block chain; if discovered legal action will be pursued.
V. Customer Satisfaction
It is my goal to have my clients be happy with the piece that I produce, and I will do what I can to ensure your satisfaction.
Once a commission is complete only minor changes can be made. Major changes, such as outfit change or changes that result in recoloring will come at an extra charge, however I will do everything to prevent this outcome.

ILLUSTRATIONS
This option varies from icons all the way to full body pieces.Headshot: $20 (2 for $30)
Waist: $40
Fullbody: $60Depending on how many characters, shading, SFW/NSFW, and backgrounds the price will fluctuate. I will provide a spreadsheet to breakdown pricing so that there is no miscommunication between the artist and the client.In the case that a client would like a greyscale piece it can be discussed personally. The price would be affected by this option though.

PAINTINGS
This option is only offered for full body scenes.Paintings begin at $50 and depending on complexity can go up to $250Headshot: $50

STYLIZED
I offer pieces that are not a part of the normal listing.
Reference Sheets: $50-$100+
Tarot Cards: $70+

Pricing varies depending on add-ons, in regards to specialty commissions please contact me for a quote because of the fluctuation of prices.
WRITING
I charge $1.00 per 100 words, the price will be rounded down so as not to charge an uneven amount. In regards to NSFW works the price will be 50% more than SFW.The minimum word count is 1,000 with a maximum of 7,500.
explicit smut, angst, gore, etc. is allowed, if you are unsure about your prompt please do not hesitate to contact me.
arcane, good omens, hannibal, marvel, HxH, and resident evil are all fandoms that I am familiar with and comfortable writing.
I can write works with original characters, however, I require that the client be comfortable with questions and also have a prompt ready.
